(for nettleton tribe architects)

As Senior Project Designer for Nettleton Tribe Architects, I was responsible for project delivery through to construction stage, for the conversion of the existing Heritage listed Waratah Flour Mill complex, to 80 apartments (Class 2 & 7). The site comprises 4 existing buildings and 1 new building (replacing an existing structure of similar scale), all different in scale, height, shape and form. A new 2 level basement carpark has also been excavated and erected around the footings of the Silo structure continuing under an existing cottage which could not be demolished.

My scope of work included sketch design and detail design of the various buildings, apartment layouts and interior design, services co-ordination and the preparation of DA and Construction Documentation. I conducted periodic site inspections to ensure the design integrity was upheld through the construction process.
