Pearl Bay Residence
Yzerfontein, South Africa
The design of the new dwelling is a study of the west coast vernacular, reworked to accommodate life in the 21st century. The building is modern, minimal and maximises the sensational ocean views. True to the original coast cottages the finish is simple and unfussy, evoking the character of its locale.
Fitted with the necessary mod cons required to satisfy today's lifestyle, the beachside holiday house is cost effective, considering the current technology and all that is available to the consumer.
